Shipping policy
All orders are dispatched from our Sydney, Australia warehouse.
- Domestic shipping is handled by Australia Post.
- International shipping is handled by DHL Express.
- Same Day Delivery is handled by Rendr.
Orders placed Monday–Friday are processed within 48 hours. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped the following business day.
During peak periods (sales, collection launches, holidays), please allow up to 3 business days for dispatch.

All international orders are shipped via DHL using Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) service. Any applicable duties, taxes, and import fees are calculated and collected at checkout, ensuring a seamless delivery experience with no additional charges upon arrival.
