Shipping
All orders are dispatched from our Sydney, Australia warehouse.
- Domestic shipping is handled by Australia Post.
- International shipping is handled by DHL Express.
Orders placed Monday–Friday are processed within 48 hours. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped the following business day.
During peak periods (sales, collection launches, holidays), please allow up to 3 business days for dispatch.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
- Once dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
- A signature is required on delivery. Please ensure someone is available at your nominated address during business hours. If you are unavailable, acceptance of the parcel by another person at your address will be deemed successful delivery.
- If you notice an address error, please contact us immediately. Once shipped, we cannot change delivery details.
- If a shipment is refused or undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for:

- any applicable import duties/taxes, and
- The return shipping fee.
- These costs will be deducted from your refund once the parcel is received.
