WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Visa and Mastercard, Amex, PayPal and Afterpay

HOW DO I CHANGE MY ORDER?

Once an order is placed it is unable to be amended as we work hard to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

If you have made a mistake with the shipping address, please get in touch as soon as possible at hello@mattir.com.au and we may be able to amend this for you.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

All successful orders placed will be processed within 2 business days of receipt. You will receive an email when your order is dispatched. The delivery timeframe depends on the shipping method selected at checkout. For full details please view our shipping page.

During peak trading periods, such as sales or collection launches, please allow up to 3 business days for dispatch.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your order update and tracking number. Contact us at hello@mattir.com.au for further enquiries about your order.

 WHAT IF I RECEIVE A FAULTY ITEM?

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item please contact hello@mattir.com.au who will promptly assist.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

DOES MATTIR COVER THE COSTS OF RETURNS?

Return shipping fees are not covered by MATTIR. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund or store credit once your return has been processed.

CAN I RETURN A SALE ITEM?

No returns, or credit notes are allowed for items purchased on sale or final sale.
