We want you to love your MATTIR pieces. If something isn’t quite right, you may be eligible to return it under the conditions below.
FULL PRICE ITEMS are eligible for refund, 110% credit note, or exchange.
DISCOUNTED ITEMS (15% OR LESS) are eligible for refund, 110% credit note, or exchange.
SALE ITEMS are not eligible for return unless deemed faulty.
CONDITIONS OF RETURN
- Items must be lodged for return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all tags (and hygiene seals, where applicable) attached.
- We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
- Returns must be posted back within 7 days of being approved or the return will be void and only a credit note can be issued.
DOMESTIC RETURNS (Australia)
- A flat fee of $13 will be deducted from your refund if you choose to use our pre-paid return label.
- You may also return items using a carrier of your choice (at your cost).
- Refunds are processed within 1–3 business days of receiving your return in good condition.
- For refunds, please allow 3–5 business days for funds to appear in your account (bank processing times may vary).
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
- The same 14-day return window and conditions apply.
- If you choose to use our pre-paid return label, a flat fee of $60 will be deducted from your refund. Charged in local currency for NZ, US, EU & UK or USD for ROW customers.
- You may also return items with your own carrier at your cost.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only, including prepaid credit cards.
- We are not responsible for returns lost in transit. For your protection, we recommend using a tracked and insured service.
- Please share your return tracking number with us so we can monitor your parcel in transit.
HOW TO RETURN
Submit your return request online HERE.
Within 1–2 business days, you’ll receive a Return Authorisation email and a prepaid express return label (if selected). If you don’t see these in your inbox, we recommend checking your spam or junk folder.
Pack your items securely, attach the return label, and cover any old shipping labels.
Drop your parcel at a Post Office, Self-Service Kiosk, or approved Postal Provider within 14 days.
Once received, we’ll process your refund, credit note, or exchange within 1–3 business days.
