SHIPPING



All orders are dispatched from our Sydney, Australia warehouse via Australia Post for domestic shipments and DHL for international deliveries.

Orders placed Monday to Friday are processed and shipped within 48 hours. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday.

During peak trading periods, such as sales or collection launches, please allow up to 3 business days for dispatch.

GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION


Orders that include a pre-order item will be dispatched in one shipment when all items are in stock.

Once dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. If you don’t see these in your inbox, we recommend checking your spam or junk folder.

A signature is required on delivery. Please ensure someone is available at your nominated address during business hours. If you are unavailable, acceptance of the parcel by another person at your address will be deemed successful delivery.

If you notice an address error, please contact us immediately. Once shipped, we cannot change delivery details.

 

In a rare situation that your Same Day Delivery order may be delayed and it is after operating hours, please contact the helpful Rendr customer care support team. Details below:

If a shipment is refused or undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for:

Original shipping charges,

Any applicable import duties/taxes, and

The return shipping fee.

These costs will be deducted from your refund once the parcel is received.
