  • Supported Mandrill users through email and Twitter
  • Troubleshoot issues with Mandrill’s API, SMTP integration, Webhooks, Inbound email processing, Delivery, and Web interface
  • Identified and reported bugs to Mandrill’s developers
  • Managed delivery-related support tickets and dedicated IP requests
